Welcome to Trippy Bazar. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payments
Once an order is created, full payment must be made to confirm the purchase.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is successfully received.
2. Shipping & Delivery
For customers within Nepal, delivery will be managed through our trusted local partners.
For international orders, we have partnered with Nine Star Cargo as our official courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier schedules.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged only if:
The product is torn, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
The product does not match the ordered size.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video) for eligibility.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
Products customized or on special request are non-refundable unless defective.
5. Responsibility
Trippy Bazar ensures quality check before dispatch. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or customs processes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may cause delays or non-delivery.
6. International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Our partner Nine Star Cargo will handle safe and timely international delivery.
